The construction of an all-season building is made of extruded aluminium profiles. Profiles are made of alloys of high structural strength which undergo the process of etching and chromating. These processes increase the resistance of aluminium profiles to corrosion and improve the adhesion of the powder coat. All construction elements are assembled using stainless steel bolts and screws. The construction is painted in any colour from the RAL palette.
The roof covering is made of high quality reinforced polyester fabric with a grammage of 850 - 900g/sq m, which is additionally covered with a PVC layer. The fabric is resistant to rain, wind up to 100km/h, snow cover up to 20cm, hail and low temperatures up to - 35 degrees Celsius. Optionally, LED lighting is available, the possibility to automatically fold and open the roof using a remote control.
We also offer sliding, opening or fixed glass walls. The walls are made of safety glass - laminated or tempered glass with a thickness of 8 and 10 mm. Glass walls of an all-season construction are available in any colour from the RAL palette. It is also possible to cover the glass with any graphics - patterns. Optionally available are water-resistant and frost-resistant roller blinds controlled with a remote control.
